I made this for a housewarming a few weeks ago, and when it was all gone, they were wiping the bowl clean with their fingers! (They stopped short of using their tongues...barely!) Sun-Dried Tomato Dip 1/4 c. (8) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
Puree tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, Tabasco, salt and
pepper in food processor fitted with metal blade. Add the scallions and
pulse twice. Serve at room temperature.
