SALMON BALL
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound canned salmon, drained and flaked
  • Chopped parsley or chopped nuts
Combine all ingredients except salmon and parsley (or nuts) and mix well.

Add salmon and distribute evenly.

Roll in parsley or nuts.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate till ready to use.
