Grilled Pineapple Salmon
Combine juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, pepper, garlic and oil in a bowl. Place the salmon in a glass dish side by side. Pour marinade over. Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Drain, reserving marinade, and grill over med.-high about 5-7 minutes
per side or until fish flakes-basting with the reserved marinade.
