Blintze Souffle

  • 12 frozen cheese blintzes
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • dash vanilla
Melt butter in large pan.

Layer blintzes in bottom of pan.

In mixer, beat eggs, add sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat well.

Pour over blintzes.

Bake 1 hour at 350.

Can make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
