Sweet Potatoes Spiked

4 sweet potatoes, baked
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup 2% lowfat milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup yellow raisins
1/4 cup bourbon

Peel sweet potatoes as soon as they are cool enough to handle. Mash with a mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Blend. Serve immediately or gently reheat.
