Corn Fritters

 Corn Fritters

  1 egg 
  1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn 
  2 1/3 cup biscuit mix 
  Oil for frying pan 


Mix egg, corn and flour; stir until well blended. 

Drop by tablespoon in hot oil. 
 
Fry to a golden brown, turning once. 

Drain on paper towel. 

Serve hot with syrup. 

This makes about 24 fritters.
