Broccoli Cheese Soup

2 onions, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. water
3 c. cooked broccoli, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 to 2 bottles Cheez Whiz

Place onion, celery and garlic large pan and just cover with water; simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Place all in blender. Add cooked broccoli, salt and cayenne pepper. Puree vegetables and pour back into pan. Add chicken broth and heat through; add cream and Cheeze Whiz continue to heat until cheez is melted and smooth.

This soup is great served in bread bowls.
