Weight Watcher’s Cabbage Soup 
3 c. tomato juice 
1 c. water 
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped 
2 1/2 c. cabbage, chopped 
2 ribs celery, chopped 
1 c. mushroom stems & pieces 
1 pkg. beef bouillon 
1 pkg. chicken bouillon 
2 tbsp. onion flakes 
1 bay leaf 
Salt & Pepper to taste 
Combine all ingredients and cook until cabbage is tender.
