Tortellini Soup  
2 pounds Italian sausage 
1 large onion 
2 cloves garlic 
5 cups beef broth 
1/2 cup water 
1/2 cup red wine 
28 ounces canned tomatoes 
8 ounces tomato sauce 
1 small turnip 
1/2 teaspoon basil 
1/2 teaspoon oregano 
3 tablespoons parsley 
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese 
14 ounces frozen tortellini 
Slice sausage, hot or sweet. Cook sausage until all most done. Drain on paper towels. Place all ingredients into a large crockpot, except tortellini. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours. Add tortellini during the last hour.
