Basic Fat Burning Soup
6 Large Green Onions 
1 can tomatoes (28 ounces) 
1 large head of cabbage (essential) 
2 green peppers 
1 bunch celery 
1 pkg. Lipton Soup Mix 
season with any or all of the following: salt, pepper, parsley, Italian seasoning, bouillon, hot sauce, fat free chicken or beef broth or  
soup base as desired  
Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water.  Boil fast for ten minutes.  Cut to simmer and  
continue to cook until veggies are tender.
