Irish Soup
1 pound lamb
3 carrots
1 turnip
4 potatoes
1 onion
4 cups beef broth
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cut lamb into 1" cubes, (I use lamb chops). Place all prepared ingredients into a crockpot. Cook on low 10 - 12 hours or on high 5 - 6 hours.
