  Hamburger Soup 
  1 lb. lean ground beef 
  1 Cup chopped carrots 
  1 Cup chopped Onion 
  1 Cup chopped celery 
  1 Tbl. Instant Beef Boullion (or 3 little envelopes) 
  2 tsp. seasoned salt 
  Bay leaf 
  1 (14 to 15 oz.) can chopped tomatoes 
  1/4 Cup ketchup 
  Green pepper if desired  
  5 Cups water 
Brown the meat, drain fat, add the rest of the ingreds and simmer 'til cooked.
  
 Sprinkle with Parmesan  and serve with awesome cheese bisquits.
