Pepper: Bell Pepper Sauce by Nikki

Bell Pepper Sauce

1 Jar (7-oz) marinated red bell peppers, drained
1 can (6-oz) tomato paste
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
2 tbl Brown sugar
2 tbl Olive oil
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Hot sauce

Process all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
