Mint Sauce

Mint Sauce

2 large hands full of fresh mint leaves
2 heaping teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 tablespoons cider or wine vinegar

Chop the mint leaves roughly and put in a bowl. Add the sugar and grind it all together. Add water and vinegar; set aside until ready to serve. Adjust sugar or vinegar to you liking.

Trickle over meat.
