Fresh Cherry or Strawberry Glaze
1/2 c. fresh cherries or fresh strawberries
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
Cook sugar, cornstarch and water slowly until thickened. Pour over fresh fruit when cooled. Use to top over your favorite cheesecake recipe.
