Hot Fudge Sauce

Hot Fudge Sauce

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 stick butter (not margarine)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup canned Carnation milk
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla (added later)

Melt together, butter and chocolate squares. Stir in sugar, canned milk, and salt. Cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. When mixture starts to boil, remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix well.

Will store well in refrigerator. Easily reheated in microwave.
