Caramel Sauce

1 lbs Kraft Caramels
1 (8 oz.) block Phildelphia Cream Cheese (not low or no fat)

Unwrap the caramels, this is the only hard part. Place into a heavy microwave safe bowl. Heat on high at 30 second intervals until caramels are melted, stirring in-between each 30 seconds. Add the block of cream cheese and stir to mix. The cream cheese seems to cut some of the sweetness and gives it a really rich creamy texture.
