Curry Sauce

Curry Sauce

5 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
2 celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 to 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons chopped mango chutney

Saute vegetables until transparent, do not brown. Thicken, if you like with Beurre Manie
