Chocolate Crackle Sundae Sauce 

A delicious chocolate sauce that hardens over ice cream. 

2 tbsp. (30 ml.) butter 
1/2 cup (125 ml.) chopped pecans, optional
4 squares Baker's semi-sweet  chocolate, chopped

Melt butter over low heat and add pecans. Cook, stirring constantly until light golden brown. Remove from heat; add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
Serve warm over ice cream. Sauce hardens when it touches ice cream.

Makes: 4 servings. Prep Time: 10 minutes
