Easy Spinach Salad
1 LB. bag cleaned and trimmed spinach leaves
1 bunch green onions
3 hard boiled eggs
1-2 tomatoes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup croutons
1 LB. bacon, cooked and crumbled into small pieces
Dressing:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 onion diced up
Shake well.
Pour some over salad.
Save rest in refrigerator.
