Slang Jang 
1-2/3 cups chopped ripe tomatoes 
1/2 large bell pepper, chopped 
2 cups chopped onions 
2 Tblsp. salad oil 
1/3 cup sugar 
1/2 cup vinegar 
3 tsp. Accent or MSG (optional) 
1/2 tsp. garlic salt 
salt and pepper to taste 
Combine tomatoes, bell pepper and onions. Set aside. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, Accent, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Place in covered jar and let stand several hours. Refrigerate.
