  Green Pea Salad 
  2 (10 oz.) packages frozen tiny green peas 
  1/4 cup commercial mayonnaise 
  1/4 cup homemade mayonnaise 
  3 small spring onions, chopped, including some tops 
  1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 
  1 teaspoon sugar 
  1 tablespoon vinegar 
  1/4 teaspoon dill seeds 
  1 oz. chopped pimiento 
Cover frozen peas with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.  Drain at once and cover with cold water.  
Drain cold peas and add mayonnaise, onions, seasoned salt, sugar, vinegar, dill seeds and a little pimiento for color.  Adjust seasonings to taste.  Make at least a day ahead.  Keeps well.
Note: Use half homemade mayonnaise for flavor and half commercial mayonnaise.  All homemade gets runny, or you can use all commercial.
