Pea Salad 
l (16 oz.) can sweet peas, drained 
l/4 cup diced cheddar cheese 
l/2 dill pickle 
Mayonnaise (start with 2 Tbl.) 
In a mixing bowl, toss together peas, cheese and pickles.  Stir in 2 Tbl. mayonnaise.  Add more mayonnaise until desired creaminess is achieved.  Serve chilled.
