Oriental Pea Salad 
1/2 bag frozen petite peas, thawed
3 or 4 green onions, sliced thin, including green tops 
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts 
1 red bell pepper diced 
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery 
1 or 2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds 
  
 
Dressing 
  
2 Tbs. soy sauce, 
2 Tbs. white vinegar 
2 tsp. Dijon mustard 
2 tsp. sugar 
2 Tbs. salad oil 
1 Tbs. sesame oil
Toss all salad ingredients together in a bowl.  Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
