  Cucumber Salad 
  8 cups thinly sliced cucumbers, pared (about 4 medium) 
  1-1/2 cups sour cream 
  2 garlic cloves, crushed 
  2 Tbsp. salad oil 
  2 tsp. sugar 
  1 tsp. salt 
  1 tsp. white or red wine vinegar 
  1 tsp. dried dill weed 
  Mix sour cream, garlic, oil, sugar, salt, vinegar and dill.  Pour over cucumbers and mix gently.   Chill at least one hour before serving.
