Jeannies Simple Cucumber Salad
Peel and slice 4 good sized cucumbers in rounds and not longways. Then, depending on the amount of cucumber, add to:
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
Marinate the above for at least 24 hours before serving.
