Tomato Basil Dressing
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 very large tomato, chopped
1 bunch of basil, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
salt
1 tsp. pepper
Blend in blender for 30 seconds. Taste for seasonings. If you can not get fresh vine tomatoes, you may need to add a teaspoon or so of tomato paste.
