Taco Salad 
1 pkg. Taco shells 
1 lb. ground beef 
Salt, pepper 
1 Chopped onion 
Garlic powder,chili powder, to taste 
1 Jar taco sauce 
16 oz. Kidney beans 
Lettuce 
Tomato 
Cheddar cheese 
Brown and drain ground beef.  Add onion and seasonings.  Add taco sauce and beans.  Heat and mix thoroughly. 
Heat taco shells for 5-10 minutes at 350° F.  Break in bottom of oblong dish. Top with ground beef mixture.  Sprinkle a little cheese on meat.  Add shredded lettuce, tomato and onion.  Top with shredded cheese.
