Spinach Salad
1 bunch spinach
1 orange peeled and diced
3-4 slices red onions
1/4 cup toasted nuts
Dressing to taste
Wash and clean spinach leaves and remove large stems. Place in salad bowl and add orange and onions broken into rings. Toss with dressing; top with nuts.
Dressing:
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar or other fruity vinegar.
2/3 cup salad oil
1 large clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
Place in small container and shake well. Remove garlic just before serving.
