Teriyaki Spinach Salad 
The salad: 
1 pound fresh spinach, 
1 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings 
2 eggs, hard cooked and sliced. 
Dressing: 
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped 
1/4 cup cider vinegar 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
2 tablespoons sugar 
1/4 cup bottled Teriyaki sauce 
Freshly ground black pepper 
Whisk together, vinegar, sugar, oil and Teriyaki. Mix in the walnuts Pour over the salad and toss to serve 
Serves 6
