Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette Dressing
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. red pepper
1 cup soy sauce
1 cups peanut oil
2 cups peanuts, chopped
Combine vinegar, sugar, red pepper and soy sauce, stirring well. Add peanut oil and peanuts, blend well.
