Cabbage and Noodle Salad 
Dressing: 
1/3 cup olive oil 
1/3 cup sugar 
2 tablespoons cider vinegar 
Salad: 
1/4 cup butter 
3 oz. pkg. ramen noodles, broken into pieced 
1/4 cup slivered almonds 
16 oz. package coleslaw mix 
5 green onions (1/2 cup) sliced 
Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Set aside. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet until sizzling; add ramen noodles and almonds. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until noodles and almonds are lightly toasted (3-5 Minutes) Drain on paper towel. Just before serving, combine dressing, noodles and almonds, coleslaw mix and green onions in large bowl; toss until well coated.
