Vegetable Potato Salad 
6 white potatoes, cooked and cubed 
3 carrots, sliced 
2 cups frozen peas 
1/2 cup chopped green onions 
3/4 cup chopped dill pickles 
3 boiled eggs, chopped 
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/2 cup sour cream 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/2 tsp. white pepper 
Mix and gently toss all ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
