  Potato Salad Dressing
  Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method 
  -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 
  1 Egg -- beaten 
  1/2 cup Water 
  1/2 cup Vinegar 
  1 teaspoon dry mustard 
  1 tablespoon flour 
  4 tablespoons sugar 
  salt and pepper -- to taste 
  Combine all ingredients in sauce pan.  Bring to boil, stirring frequently, then simmer for a
  few minutes.  Pour over warm potatoes and other ingredients. 
 
 
  NOTES : May be made ahead and refrigerated.
