Vermicelli Salad 
  
12 oz pkg vermicelli 
3 tbs lemon juice 
4 tbs salad oil 
1 tbs lemon pepper 
1 tbs Accent 
1 medium onion, diced 
1 green pepper, diced 
1 cup diced celery 
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained 
1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives 
10 oz pkg Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar, grated 
1 pint mayonnaise 
Add vermicelli to boiling salted water; boil 3 minutes. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse, drain, and place vermicelli in a large bowl. Fold in lemon juice, oil, lemon pepper, and Accent. Marinate 12 hrs. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill before serving.
