Pasta Salad
2 tomatoes, chopped 
1 cucumber, sliced 
1 green pepper, chopped 
16 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts 
1 pound pasta, cooked (I like rotini) 
1 1/2 cups vinegar 
1 1/2 cups sugar 
3/4 cup olive oil 
2 or 3 Tbl. mustard 
1 Tbl. garlic salt 
1 tsp. pepper 
1 Tbl. dried parsley 
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; toss lightly.  Blend remaining ingredients in another bowl; mix well.  Add to pasta; mix well.  Chill for several hours. 
Serves 12.
