Mexican Pasta Salad 
12 oz. corkscrew pasta--cook according to directions 
4 oz. diced green chilies 
16 oz. can dark red kidney beans-drained 
1/2 green pepper-chopped 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn-drained 
1/2 cup celery-chopped 
1/4 cup chopped onion 
2 tsp. parsley-chopped 
Mix together and set aside. 
Dressing:
  1 tsp. chili powder 
1/2 tsp. ground cumin 
3/4 cup mayonnaise 
Pour dressing over salad ingredients.  Can add chopped tomatoes if desired.
