Potluck Macaroni Salad
8 ounces small elbow macaroni, uncooked 
1 cup mayonnaise 
2 tablespoons vinegar 
1 teaspoon sugar 
2 teaspoons prepared mustard 
1/4 teaspoon celery seed 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/8 teaspoon pepper 
1 cup Cheddar cheese, diced 
1 cup cooked green peas 
1/2 cup celery, diced 
1/4 cup onion 
1/4 cup sweet pickle, chopped 
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions, drain.  Pour cold water over macaroni and let stand while preparing salad. 
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. 
In a large salad bowl combine macaroni, cheese, peas,celery, onion and pickle.  
Pour mayonnaise mixture over macaroni mixture toss to blend.  
 
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
