Macaroni Salad Sweet
1 lb. macaroni 
1 large green pepper chopped 
1 chopped onion 
4 shredded carrots 
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 
1 cup vinegar 
1 cup sugar 
2 cups mayonnaise 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon pepper 
Cook macaroni; drain rinse and cool.  
Add vegetables and mix well. 
In a bowl, combine condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Add to macaroni mixture and mix well.  
Chill 4 hours or overnight before serving.
