Pasta Fruit Salad
1 1/2 cups Acini di pepe pasta 
1/3 cup sugar 
1/2 tsp. salt 
4 cups cool whip 
1/2 tsp. almond extract 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 
1 (10 oz.) jar marischino cherries 
2 cups miniature marshmallows 
Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water; drain well. 
In large bowl, combine all ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
