Condensed Milk Salad 
Salad: 
1 package tricolor corkscrew pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
3 to 4 shredded carrots
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small purple onion, chopped
2 to 3 ribs celery, chopped
 
Dressing:   
1/2-3/4 can of sweetened condensed milk 
1/2-1 cup mayonnaise 
1/2 cup cider vinegar 
1/2 cup sugar 
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients.  
Mix dressing ingredients together.  Stir dressing into pasta and vegetables. Chill thoroughly, overnight at least.
