Lime-Cheese Salad
1 large package lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
15 large marshmallows
juice of 1 lemon
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cream cheese and marshmallows; whip until blended; cool.
Add lemon juice, pineapple and nuts; fold in whipped cream. Pour into shallow dish or mold and chill until firm.
