Gina’s Holiday Salad 
3 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin 
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce 
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
1 cup finely chopped celery 
12 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries 
Dissolve gelatin in 1-1/2 cups hot water.  
 
When partially set, add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.  
 
Note:  This doesn't set up like a Jello mold, it stays relatively soft.
