Raspberry Jello Salad 
2 (4-serving-size) pkg. raspberry Jello 
1 (10 ounce) carton frozen raspberries 
1 small carton Cool Whip 
1 banana (optional) 
Dissolve 1 package raspberry Jello, 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. When coolish, mix well with Cool Whip. 
Dissolve other package of raspberry Jello, 1 cup boiling water, 1/4 cup cold water and add frozen raspberries. Stir until defrosted. Add 1 banana (optional), chopped. Pour into a mold and when nearly set, slowly put the Cool Whip-Jello mixture on top. Chill. 
Raspberry Jello Salad 
1 c. milk, scalded 
16 large marshmallows 
1 (3 oz) lemon Jell-O 
8 oz. cream cheese 
1 c. boiling water 
1 c. drained crushed pineapple 
1 1/2 c. nuts 
1 large Cool Whip 
2 (3 oz.) raspberry Jell-O 
2 pkg. thawed raspberries 
Stir scalded milk and marshmallows until creamy. Cream together lemon Jell-O and cream cheese. Add boiling water. Stir until Jell-O dissolves. Then add milk mixture. Chill until syrupy. Add pineapple, then nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in large bowl. Chill until hard. 
Mix raspberry Jell-O and boiling water. Then add raspberries. Mix and cool. Pour over other mixture. Chill. 
Blackberry-Raspberry Jello 
2 (3 oz) boxes raspberry Jell-O 
3 c. hot water 
1 can blackberries (with juice) 
1/2 c. chopped nuts 
1 small cream cheese 
1/2 c. sugar 
1 small carton Cool Whip 
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add blackberries and nuts; refrigerate until congealed. Top with mixture of cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
