Cranberry-Raspberry Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

6 ounces Raspberry gelatin powder 
2/3 cup boiling water 
10 ounces frozen raspberries with juice -- thawed 
1 cup sour cream -- softened 
1 Tablespoon sugar 
1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped 
6 ounces raspberry gelatin powder 
1 cup boiling water 
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice 
1 can whole cranberry sauce 
1st layer: Dissolve 6 oz pkg of Jello in 2/3 c boiling water. Add the frozen raspberries. Pour into a 9x13 pan and chill. 
2nd layer: When 1st layer is soft set, stir the sour cream and sugar together and spread over the 1st layer. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts. 
3rd layer: Dissolve the other 6 oz Jello in 1c boiling water. Add the cranberry sauce and stir until dissolved. Add the pineapple. Pour over second layer and chill for 24 hours. Slice and serve.
