1 package lime JelloŽ (4-ounce)
1 pint butter pecan ice cream
3/4 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple -- drained
Dissolve Jello in hot water; add other ingredients, stirring quickly. Pour into dish or mold and chill.
