Simple Pineapple Salad
1 can (15 or 20 oz.) crushed or chunk pineapple 
1 (4-serving-size) package vanilla instant pudding mix 
1 cup Cool Whip 
Place the undrained pineapple in a bowl; add the dry vanilla pudding mix and stir until thoroughly combined.  
Fold in the Cool Whip; refrigerate.
