Pineapple Picnic Salad 
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple 
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened 
1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla pudding mix 
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks drained 
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped dessert topping - thawed 
In large bowl, gradually stir the un-drained pineapple into the cream cheese.  Stir in the pudding mix.  
Fold in the pineapple chunks and whipped topping.  Cover and chill til serving time. 
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
