Cranberry Waldorf Salad 
1 1/2 cups sugar 
6 Cups miniature marshmallows
4 Cups fresh cranberries, ground
4 Cups tart apples, diced
2 cups seedles grapes 
1 Cup nuts, chopped 
1/4 tsp. salt 
2 cups whipping cream, whipped 
Add sugar and marshmallows to ground cranberries; chill overnight.  Fold in apples, grapes, nuts, salt, and whipped cream.  Chill and serve. 
Note: Try to sweeten the cream with 1/4 cup sugar and serve it in a trifle bowl. It is a beautiful red and white before the cream and then a dark pink and white. Quite the holiday colors!
