Avocado and Mango Salad 
1 ripe avocado (not too soft) 
1 just ripe fresh Mango  
1 rasher bacon 
2 tbspns. sour cream 
2 tbspns. Slivered almonds or Cashews 
Halve, pit and peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. 
Cut the "cheeks" off the mango by running a sharp knife down each side of the stone and cut each "cheek" into thin slices removing the thin slivers of skin with a sharp knife.  
 
Interleaf the mango and avocado slices on a bed of lettuce leaves.
 Meanwhile cut the bacon into thin strips and 
cook until almost crisp.  Sprinkle the cooled bacon over the fruit and top with sour cream.  Sprinkle with nuts.
